Inspiration: I attended a session and one of the reflections was on water. In the reflection, it said that there are times when water does not seem to have character at all, but it follows its container. And then I realized that with God, I have to be like water in His hands. But somehow, I realized that part of my heart was iced, and all those ice particles prevent me from following my God.
This is a poem in the book 'Still Elusive Love'. Love whispers, love invites. Sometimes, the noise in our lives drowns out its whisper. Sometimes, our doubts shout above love. When you feel peace and joy, in subtleness, there is love. Listen to the whispers.
Still Elusive Love is a collaborative work with Evelyn Dumag-Gabinete. She's such a passionate poet and it was really my pleasure working with her.
December 20, 2015 marks the day I turned into a published poet. I launched a collection of poems with a very good friend and fellow poet Evelyn Dumag-Gabinete. She even illustrated our book. I'm so excited to share the excerpts of my poems with you.

Inspiration: I wrote this for an English project when I was 13. I was attempting a Shakesperean sonnet. Well, I tried my best and I this is actually one of my works that I'm most proud of.
Many years later, today, I still believe in everything I have written. But I think for some time, I forgot that I actually thought of these things.
